b. Please contact us by email at email@example.com to advise of faulty, incorrect or omitted items and to arrange a replacement or refund prior to posting your return.
c. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable.
d. Return postage is at the responsibility of the buyer.
e. We only offer refunds due to change of mind if the item is unopened and in orignal condition, Return postage is at the responsibility of the buyer and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
