a. We will refund, credit or exchange products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
b. Please contact us by email at email@example.com to advise of faulty, incorrect or omitted items and to arrange a replacement or refund prior to posting your return.
c. Return postage is at the responsibility of the buyer. Please keep your receipt so postage costs can be refunded if your item is confirmed as faulty.
d. We only offer “change of mind” refunds if the item is unopened and in orignal condition, Return postage is at the responsibility of the buyer and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
e. All refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Refund via PayPal if purchased via Paypal etc)
